Practical product and service guidance. Provider advice and current plan terms apply.

Start with one real working day
Write down the steps your team follows from an enquiry to checkout. Include a walk-in, a repeat customer, a longer colour service and a cancellation. Use these examples in every product demonstration. A feature list is useful only when you can see how it handles the work your team actually does.
Check the complete cost
Compare the monthly subscription with staff and location limits, message allowances and optional charges. For an annual plan, record the amount billed for the full year and cancellation terms. Ask whether taxes, payment processing and migration cost extra. A displayed monthly equivalent is different from the amount charged at checkout.
Test permissions and client records
Ask an owner and a team member to try the same workflow. Confirm who can see contact details, edit prices, issue adjustments and export reports. Check how existing client and appointment records can be imported, and request an example export so you understand how to retrieve your own business information.
Evaluate India-specific requirements
Confirm the payment methods you use, the invoice information your accountant needs and how messages reach customers. Do not assume that a global product includes a particular UPI flow, GST treatment or WhatsApp allowance in India. Ask for the relevant regional terms and try the workflow in the product.
Make a small rollout decision
Choose a short evaluation period and define success before starting: fewer duplicate entries, a calendar staff can understand, or a reliable closing report. Review results with the people who will use the software. Zapyon’s feature and plan pages explain the workflows and allowances to evaluate before you subscribe.
