Our Story
The idea for Zapyon started when we saw businesses drowning in repetitive operations—answering the same customer questions, manually updating CRMs, booking appointments, sending follow-ups. Companies were hiring more staff just to keep up with operational overhead.
We realized the problem wasn't lack of automation tools. The market was flooded with chatbots, workflow builders, and integrations. The problem was that these tools were just that—tools. They required constant human supervision, froze when edge cases appeared, and couldn't execute complete workflows end-to-end.
We asked ourselves: What if businesses didn't need tools? What if they needed an AI employee?
