At Zapyon, we stand behind our AI employee platform and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds on our subscription plans.
Important: All Zapyon subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com (Paddle Payments Ltd., Paddle.com Market Ltd., or Paddle.com Inc., depending on your location), who acts as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. All refund requests are processed by Paddle in accordance with this policy and Paddle's Master Services Agreement.
By subscribing to Zapyon, you agree to the refund terms outlined in this policy.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions (Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans). This allows you to try Zapyon risk-free.
2.1 Eligibility
To qualify for a full refund under our 14-day guarantee:
- You must request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
- This applies to first-time subscriptions only (not renewals)
- Valid for monthly and annual subscription plans
- Account must be in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service
2.2 What's Covered
The 14-day money-back guarantee covers:
- Starter Plan: Full refund of monthly or annual subscription fee
- Professional Plan: Full refund of monthly or annual subscription fee
- Enterprise Plan: Full refund of first payment (prorated if custom contract)
2.3 What's Not Covered
The following are NOT eligible for refund:
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
- Requests made after the 14-day period
- Add-on services purchased separately from base subscription
- Custom development or professional services fees
- Transaction fees charged by payment processors
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
3. Prorated Refunds
3.1 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions canceled after the 14-day guarantee period:
- No automatic prorated refunds are provided
- You retain access to the Service until the end of your billing period
- Exceptional cases may be reviewed on an individual basis (contact support@zapyon.com)
3.2 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions:
- No prorated refunds for partial months
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- You retain full access until your paid period expires
4. How to Request a Refund
4.1 Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Email support@zapyon.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Include your account email address and subscription details
- Provide a brief reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
- Our team will review and respond within 2-3 business days
4.2 Required Information
Please include the following in your refund request:
- Full name on the account
- Email address associated with the subscription
- Date of subscription purchase
- Plan type (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise)
- Reason for refund (helps us improve our service)
5. Refund Processing
5.1 Processing Timeline
Once your refund is approved:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days for approval
- Refund Delivery: 5-10 business days to appear in your account
- Payment Method: Refunds issued to original payment method
- Notification: Email confirmation sent when refund is processed
5.2 Account Access
When a refund is issued:
- Your subscription is immediately canceled
- Access to the Service terminates within 24 hours
- Data export available for 30 days post-cancellation
- All API integrations are disconnected
6. Exceptions and Special Cases
6.1 Service Outages
If Zapyon experiences extended service outages:
- Prorated refunds or service credits may be issued
- Calculated based on downtime duration
- Automatic notification sent to affected users
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) applies for Enterprise plans
6.2 Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly:
- Full refund issued for duplicate charges
- Immediate correction of billing errors
- No waiting period applies
- Contact support@zapyon.com immediately
6.3 Fraudulent Charges
If you believe your payment was fraudulent:
- Contact us immediately at security@zapyon.com
- We will investigate and suspend the account if necessary
- Full refund issued upon verification
- May require additional documentation
7. Cancellation vs. Refund
7.1 Cancellation Without Refund
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- No refund for remaining time in billing cycle
- Access continues until end of paid period
- No cancellation fees
- Can reactivate at any time
7.2 Refund With Cancellation
If requesting a refund within 14 days:
- Subscription is immediately terminated
- Access ends within 24 hours
- Full refund processed
- Can sign up again as a new customer
8. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plans may have custom refund terms:
- Refund terms outlined in your enterprise agreement
- Custom contract terms supersede this policy
- Contact your account manager for refund requests
- May include minimum commitment periods
9. Chargebacks
Important: Please contact us before initiating a chargeback:
- We aim to resolve all billing disputes quickly and fairly
- Chargebacks result in immediate account suspension
- Chargeback fees may apply
- May affect future ability to use Zapyon

10. Data Retention After Refund
When a refund is processed:
- Data Export Period: 30 days to download your data
- Data Deletion: All data permanently deleted after 90 days
- Integrations: Third-party connections immediately disconnected
- Backup Retention: Backups purged after 30 days

- In-app notification
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
